Isn’t it appalling that a growing number of people, including younger ones, are becoming ill with chronic medical conditions, malign tumors and autoimmune conditions (rheumatoid arthritis and other)?

However, there are 100% natural ways and methods that can help a diseased person detoxify their body and strengthen their immune system in order to prevent diseases of any kind including the most dangerous autoimmune diseases.

Here’s how to detox all body organs and boost your immune system:

  1. Diet

No. 1 weapon against chronic medical conditions is diet. You should not consume wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, processed and fried foods, different kinds of GMOs. Instead you should focus on organic foods only. If they are labeled for organic methods of growing, these foods are not inflammatory like their inorganic counterparts, which cause inflammations due to their herbicides, or refining, or genetic modifications.

Therefore, you should avoid sugar, aspartame, MSG, trans fats, hydrogenated cooking oils (such as canola or vegetable oil) as much as you can. Also, you should not indulge in excessive caffeine and alcohol “shots.”
