One habit that is common for many people is the constant need to check e-mail. But this everyday practice causes sense of emotional exhaustion.
According to a study by University “Lehigh” of 297 respondents it is found that this practice leads to a reduction of the balance between family and career and negatively affect the emotional state of the employee.
“Access creates a sense of overload, because the employee feels like they never left the workplace.”
