I offer you my Super Easy, 5 Minute Cocoa Oat Pudding – SugarFree, perfect for kids and parents too!
I was long looking for some nutritive and healthy meal for my kids to consume it as a dinner or a breakfast. At night we are always in a rush with the preparations for bed so I have very little time to make the quality meal. I am very happy when I think of something fast and easy, sweet enough so they won’t rejected, but healthy and nutritious.
So I offer you my super easy, 5 minute cocoa oat pudding – sugar free, perfect for kids and parents too!
- 1 cup oat flakes
- 2 tbsp flex seed (minced)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 5 dates
- 1 handfull of cocoa (minced)
- 1 handfull of hazelnut
- dark chocolate (grated)
- small amount of water (as much as needed)
First, mince the flex seed and the cocoa. Then add them in food processor together with the oats flakes, coconut oil, dates. hazelnut. Add small amount of water and blitz a few times. Serve them in glasses add decorate it with grated dark chocolate and frozen currant.
This is dose for 4 portions, prep time is literally 5 minutes and it the best of all you can be sure your kids will love it!
