You have to try My Super Easy & Healthy Chocolate Bounty Balls for you and the whole family.
My lovely, delicious and super easy Bounty Balls. I made them only once and they are already my kids favorite.
Nothing more then 6 ingredients, nothing more then 20 minutes, no sugar but healthy and vegan.
Coconut lovers, follow carefully:
- 10 dates
- 3 handful of almonds
- 2 handful of cashews
- 50 gr coconut flakes
- 3 tbsp of coconut oil
- small amount of water
- 70% dark chocolate (vegan)
Add dates, almonds, cashews, coconut flakes and oil in a food processor. Blitz for a while and add small amount of water. Now continue blitzing a little bit longer, while it became sticky. Form small bounty balls. In meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate. Cover the balls with the dark chocolate and decorate them with coconut flakes. Put them in the freezer for 15 minutes. Take them out and… quick! Have a bite of the crunchy chocolate bounty ball!
