- 4-5l warm water
- 2 tbsp. baking soda
- Soft scrub sponge/brush/pumice stone
- Standard moisturizer
- Lavender essential oil (optional)
Put baking soda in warm water and stir until blended. If you want to go that extra mile, enrich your recipe with lavender oil- this will bring a spa-like feeling instantly.
Lavender has calming effects and can help you relax and love this scrub even more. Soak feet for 15-20 minutes, and then, by using a scrub brush or pumoice stone, massage your feet with a fair amount of pressure onto damaged areas.
When you are done, rub in your favorite moisturizer- the best way to go is to choose rich moisturizers rich in coconut or Shea butter. Put some socks on and wait.
