Check this Healthy Vegan Halva!
This is one of easiest healthy sweet recipes that my kids love it. Me and husband as well! Just a few ingredients blitzed for a few seconds in a food processor and you are done! Excellent combination of vitamins A, B, C and E and almost all minerals represented.
- 12 Dates
- 4 tbsp Tahini
- 15 Hazelnuts
- 1 tsp Carob Powder
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Poppy Seed
- 1/4 cup of Water
Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and blitz for a few second, until it become creamy.
Store in a refrigerator for 3 – 4 days.
