My precious avocado AGAIN!
This time it’s a dessert. Sweet and creamy avocado chocolate mousse with a few cashews and walnuts in the middle and currant on the top for decoration. It’s vegan and 100% healthy with no sugar added. This 5 minutes recipe is very delicious and very simple to make, so it’s a best option for unannounced guests or busy households. Also you can offer this as an after lunch dessert… or you know how they say:
“Life is short, eat the dessert first”!
So here is the recipe:
- 4 avocados
- 3-4 dates (it’s the best to be soaked and peeled, but it’s not obligatory)
- 2 tbsp raw cacao
- 1/4 cup of water or less
Blitz all of the ingredients in the food processor until it’s creamy. Serve it in a glass, and place in the middle few cashews and walnuts. Then finish with one more mousse layer and on the top put few currant balls, just like the picture.
WAIT! Don’t eat it immediately, take a picture first – it’s legendary!
