Well when we talk about avocado… I love it anyway! I love the guacamole, I love avocado in my salads, I love avocado deserts, I adore eating it even raw! But this is probably one of the most delicious ways to eat avocado – Avocado & Pesto Pasta.
This avocado dip is very simple to make, there are only 4 ingredients and it’s done for about 10 minutes with peeling!

- 4 peeled avocados
- 4 small garlic cloves
- 10-12 basil leaves
- 1 small tomato
- olive oil (I use extra virgin, it’s healthier)
Blitz all of the ingredients together in a food processor until you got nice, smooth and creamy dip. Then add salt and black pepper. In meantime chose your favorite pasta, I choose spaghetti, boil al dente.
Serve your pasta on a plate and add 2 tbsp of the Avocado & Pesto dip per portion.
Voilà, your 15 minutes healthy meal is ready,
