– This is a nice healthy smoothie that has a raw spinach in it but you cant really taste it due to the strong aroma of the apple and banana. Hope you will enjoy this cinnamon apple healthy smoothie and I do suggest drinking this every morning, just so your metabolism will start perfectly!
– One apple, cored and sliced
– Half a cup of ice
– One cup of apple juice
– One tablespoon of ground cinnamon
– One pear, cored and sliced
– One cup of fresh spinach
– Take the apple juice and pore it into the blender cup, than take the apple, pear, spinach, cinnamon and ice and put mix them all together in the blender in the same order. Blend until everything is smooth and poor the smoothie in a big glass. Have a great day!
